What products are you selling?
We are selling Indonesian kretek cigarettes that is produced in Java, the land that is well known by its exotic and these Javanese cigarette has been remarked for their high-quality clove. The cigarettes we sell are the fresh and highest quality available on the market.

What makes your products unique?
We only sell products that is made in Indonesia. Indonesian kretek cigarettes are well known because of their unique taste and aroma. We only sell well known brands.

Where do you ship?
We ship to almost anyplace in the world except Columbia, Israel because their regulations do not allow to import cigarettes. Be sure that you are from a state or country where viewing, purchasing, or distributing tobacco related products is NOT prohibited under local laws. All of tobacco products that is sold in this website are for personal consumption ONLY (NOT for RESELLING)
How many cartons are maximum order?
There is no maximum order. Order them as many as you want but for countries with straight law about imported tobacco, we recommended that they are no more than 14 cartons per single order.

UNITED STATES CUSTOMERS:
United States customers may buy 1, 3 or 7 cartons or more as long for personal consumption only. Normally there is no duty taxes charged and passed custom clearance easily.

EUROPEAN COUNTRIES, CANADIAN AND AUSTRALIAN CUSTOMERS:
We suggest you to order only 1 carton per order if you are not willing to pay extra money for duty taxes. The maximum quantity for international acceptance limit is 10 packs or 200 cigarettes. However, we cannot guarantee that no duties will be charged as the policy for importing tobacco products is vary from place to place. If you place a larger than 10 packs or 200 cigarettes order, you will always have to pay duty taxes by your own.

Exception: UK and GERMANY customs accept limit of 50 cigarettes only, so you will always have to pay the duty taxes.
If you feel duty taxes in your country does not cost you so much, you may consider to place larger quantity order to get cheaper price benefits.
We suggest you to contact Customs Office in your country before ordering.

What methods of payment do you accept?
We accept online payment using credit cards/debit cards and we use PayPal as our payment provider.

I only have debit card, is it acceptable?
As we know PayPal accept any major credit cards and debit cards, also your existing PayPal account.

Do you accept checks or money order?
Sorry, we do not accept any checks or money order because they need much time to process.

Is it safe to give you the information on my credit card?
Yes, we are utilizing PayPal as our payment gateway because PayPal has a good record and years experiences. They use SSL (secure socket layer) technology to encrypt all transactions and information. You shall pay in PayPal cart not in our page, this means that sensitive data such as credit card numbers are being encrypted. Don't worry about anything, just make sure you use browser that can support it such as Internet Explorer or Netscape Navigator.

What currency do you accept?
For now we only accept US$. It will be billed in your currency. On the card holders statement the transaction will be converted to your local currency by your credit card provider.

How much do you charge for shipping cost?
Shipping cost is free. The prices is including shipping cost. You just pay cigarettes price in our list. There is no other cost, no hidden cost.
How about Taxes?
It depends on your country law. We're not responsible for paying duty taxes may applied by your local government customs. We suggest you to contact your local custom officer for more info prior ordering.

How do you ship our order?
We use PT Pos Indonesia (Government Postal Service) whose service is reliable. we will ship your order by Registered Mail. For order 1 carton we ship your order by Registered Mail.

How long should we wait to get our order?
We'll ship your order immediately once PayPal informs us that your payment has been settled. It depends on destination and the distance where the order come from. Please remember, there is always a few days spent for custom/duty clearance. Delivery time using EMS average 4-21 days. It's faster than using Registered Mail (7-30 days).

Can I track my order?
EMS delivery has a tracking number. Definitely, after we ship your order, we send you a notification email with EMS tracking number to check the delivery status of your order at your government postal service website Please note that Registered Mail does not provide a tracking number.
Do you take order at weekends?
Yes, we take orders 7 days a week. We ship all orders on Saturday  except Sunday
